Orders totalling UNDER £45 = £3.99 2nd Class Post

Orders totalling UNDER £45 = £5.50 1st Class Post

Orders totalling OVER £45 = £8.50 2-3 working day courier

Any Next Day Delivery £15.00 - The cut off for Next Day Delivery is 1.00pm orders placed after that time will be sent the next working day.

Please note Next Day Delivery and 2-3 day courier delivery are the delivery time from leaving RCM not from placing your order.

OUR RETURNS POLICY


Our 30 day "no quibbles" guarantee:
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason your are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Personalised items (e.g. signs/printed items) are not covered by our "no quibbles" guarantee, please see your statutory rights on the terms and conditions page.

To return an item under our "no quibbles" guarantee couldn't be easier, simply include in writing, your name, address, invoice number and reason for return, package the relevant item securely and send it to us within 30 days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS

If damage occurs to a parcel in transit, please notify us within 3 working days and keep all packaging. Any claim of damaged / faulty items must be made within 3 working days from when you receive the item(s).
