Cooling-off period

By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days of the item's delivery to you. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, audio and software products where the item has been unsealed, nor can we accept cancellations for any personalised goods or goods that have been made to your personal specifications.

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please include in writing, your name, address, invoice number and give the reason for return as 'contract cancellation'. Package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty. If required we can arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Artwork.

We are happy to provide a proof for Roofsigns, Magnetic door panels, Business cards and flyers.
We do not provide proofs for safety, vinyl lettering and appointment cards.
We will provide a maximum of 3 proofs and subsequent proofs will be charged at £10 per proof.
Once we have submitted artwork and you wish to cancel your order you will be refunded less an artwork charge of £30.
